The nature of individual isolates in aspergillomas
Occasionally patients with single aspergillomas have these resected surgically. This project aims to analyse these aspergillomas in several ways including the differences between and evolution of the isolates obtained, their antifungal susceptibility patterns, gene expression and rearrangement profiles and mycotoxin production.
